When will I be able to register for the conference?

Registration is open! Visit the registration tab to be redirected to the official registration site. 
 

When will I be able to submit an abstract for the conference?

Abstract submission will open on or before December 2023. Once open delegates will be able to register through the paper submission site.

How do I view the program online?

The program will be updated on the conference website as it is confirmed. For updates, please see the program dropdown menu page.

How do I get to the conference?

Details on how to travel to the conference are available on the travel page of this website.

When is the early registration deadline?

The early bird registration deadline is February 6, 2024.

Do I have to pay by credit card online or can I be invoiced?

All registrations are paid for online however if this is not possible, please contact us.

Can I pay in my local currency?

All payments must be made in USD to ensure that the full amount is received.

Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the conference?

Receipts will be issued electronically via email and this will be the only form of receipt.

How can I receive an invitation letter to the conference for my VISA application?

An invitation letter will be issued automatically after you have registered and payment has been received.
