All foreign visitors wishing to enter Japan must have a valid passport. VISAs may also be required for participants coming from the corresponding countries. For further information, participants are recommended to consult their carrier, local travel agencies or the nearest Japanese diplomatic mission.

The supporting documents such as Letter of guarantee, Letter of Invitation for VISA application for your VISA application will be prepared upon request. The supporting documents will be issued only for the authors whose abstracts are selected and the attendees who completed the payment of the registration fees through the conference registration system. We only support VISA application for the purpose of attending the conference. The applicants should satisfy all of the following conditions 1-4.
The VISA Information Form along with a “copy” of your passport (scanned PDF format) must be sent to the secretariat of IEEE-INERTIAL2024 by February 20, 2024. Please be noted that it may take a week or more to issue supporting document. The supporting document does not guarantee that you will get the VISA.
Upon the receipt of the supporting documents, you are responsible to proceed the VISA application on your responsibility. Requirements for quarantine and VISA application documents may differ depending on your departure country. Please confirm the requirements on your responsibility.
IEEE-INERTIAL2024 will not take any responsibility for your loss in the case that you need to cancel your flight, hotel, and so on.
